Rockett Interactive Named Small Business of the Year for 2009
Cary Chamber of Commerce recognizes young agency’s success
The Cary Chamber of Commerce has awarded Rockett Interactive their Small Business of the Year award for 2009. The awards were presented yesterday at the Chamber’s Annual Awards Luncheon at the Embassy Suites in Cary. Using a blind judging process in which no nominee names are revealed, judges rank each nominee individually on the nature and degree of their community involvement, innovative offerings in the industry, and ways in which the work environment supports employees and overall corporate health; the scores are added and rank determined based on the cumulative scores from each judge. The final criterion judged is success. Delancy Carroll, VP, Membership and Business Services, shared that Rockett Interactive lead the field in each area, culminating in notable success figures, including 2,859% growth from 2004-2008.
