Mark Rockett launched Rockett Interactive in 2003 after 12 years in Media & Account Management. During his 5 year tenure at the Martin Agency, he focused on Interactive Marketing, where he helped guide clients such as Champion Mortgage, ALLTEL/Boomerang, Careerbuilder.com and Gerber.
Realizing how time-intensive (and therefore costly), it can be for agencies and clients alike to develop internal expertise in the interactive channel, Mark launched his consultancy with a mission to fill that void.
Rockett Interactive has been built literally from the ground up, from the basement of Mark’s home in Richmond, VA, to a 10+ person office in Cary, NC. As word has spread about both the value and outstanding customer service provided by Rockett Interactive, the young agency has experienced exponential growth.
Mark’s long tenure in Account Management drives the agency to place a high value on the agency-client relationship, particularly the quiet role of “outsourced problem-solver.” But the secret really lies with the people drawn to work at Rockett -- people as passionate about (and embedded in) the interactive media age as Mark has always been -- and perfectionists to boot!
