In the online world, where there’s a new idea dawning just about every day, and clients always want to get more bang for their buck, you can bet that we work hard to stay aware of new ideas, AND to reduce the risks our clients will face. We need to evaluate not only the “cool” factor, but the “value” factor. And so we created the Rockett Rating… a simple measurement that gives you our take on what should stay, and what maybe ought to be put on hold for a while if your budget is tight.
- Cool: our ranking of whether a product, service or technology is just plain “wow,” fun, different, brain-bending… Ratings go from 1 (old news) to 10 (supercool).
- Value: our score for how much this technology might be able to help you or your business in some fundamental way, today. Of course this is tricky, because our world is so finely sliced and diced, and something not terribly useful to most people could have great value to a teeny percentage… Ratings go from 1 (not so hot) to 10 (delivers a big bang).
